A man was charged with concealing a death after a missing 23-year-old woman’s body was found in the popular Busse Woods forest preserve in suburban Cook County this week. Juan Pio Toto appeared in court Tuesday in connection with the case and was granted pretrial release ahead of his next court appearance on Dec. 6.
