FOLEY, Ala. ( WKRG ) — Two men are accused of trafficking spice after Baldwin County deputies conducted search warrants on Tuesday afternoon in the Aaronville community in Foley.

After a month-long investigation, BCSO deputies conducted search warrants at a home on the 400 block of W. Michigan Ave. and another house on the 400 block of W. 5th Ave.
Vincent Nightingale Rodgers was arrested and is accused of trafficking spice over 57 grams, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
“Spice is a controlled substance,” Daniel Steelman with the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office said. “It is a synthetic chemical. It’s not regulated. So you don’t know what actually goes in it. Every strain of spice has something different.”
