STUART, Fla. – Stuart police arrested Tierane Jackson, 24, for impersonating a non-profit CEO and stealing over $22,000. The case began in October 2023 when Jackson sent instructions to the finance director to transfer the funds to a Chase bank account under her name. Surveillance video shows Jackson making several cash withdrawals.
