BAKER COUNTY – A Fairview Oregon man found himself far from home and far over the legal limit this week. Derek Jon Bradshaw (46) of Fairview OR was arrested by Oregon State Police following a traffic stop just before 11:00 a.m. on November 11. The arrest specifically occurred on I-84 Westbound near milepost 307, just south of Baker City. The full OSP description of the arrest is as follows:
