The Pierce County Sheriff’s Department had a handful of incidents to report over the weekend of November 9 to 13. Among these was a fatal collision involving a pickup truck and several motorcycles on Orville Rd E, where one motorcyclist tragically lost his life, the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department blog reported. The incident on November 9 occurred when one of the motorcycles failed to handle a curve properly and hit the truck, prompting a tragic chain of events. Two other motorcyclists were injured but are expected to recover without life-threatening injuries.
