CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – A former Hamilton County EMT convicted of killing a man in a DUI crash in 2018 was back in court Wednesday, asking to have his bond reduced. Justin Whaley is facing a new trial in his case, where he hit and killed a driver on Highway 127. He was granted a new trial in July.
