NYPD: 2 women injured in pedestrian crash on Staten Island’s Hylan Blvd; 1 critical

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Two women were seriously injured when they were struck by a car in Dongan Hills on Wednesday, police said. The crash occurred at about 11:45 a.m. in the vicinity of Jefferson Avenue and Hylan Boulevard, according to a spokeswoman for the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.
