Pioneering business in Lubbock sevres drinks on tap on the go

LUBBOCK, Texas — The Tip’Sii Trailer is officially up and running in Lubbock, and owner, ToniMarie Valencia said there is no other concept like it in West Texas.

The trailer has ten taps, eight of which can dispense four different types of beer, and the other two can dispense cocktails or non-alcoholic drinks. The computerized system can be set up like tap-to-pay or it can be open to guests, depending on the package that is purchased for each event. The other side of the trailer has a TV screen, fit to televise sporting events.

After working its first event at the Trail of Screams, Valencia said “everyone loved it.”

The Tip’Sii trailer is liquor licensed and TABC certified, Valencia said.

The original concept of the trailer was to be a Michelada bar but now offers a variety of options. Valencia said she still offers a Michelada mix to pair with the beer.

Valencia said the trailer can be rented for all kinds of events including holiday parties, tailgating, weddings, corporate events and more. If you would like to book the Tip’Sii trailer, please message its social media page here .
