BALTIMORE, MD (WBFF) – Baltimore police have arrested a 31-year-old driver after a crash involving multiple vehicles occurred near Charles Street on Wednesday night. Officials say at approximately 10:49PM, police attempted to conduct a vehicle stop in the 3400 block of Mannasota Avenue, when the vehicle refused to stop.
