The Frisco Police Department announced on Thursday, Nov.14, it has arrested a subject for the alleged murder in a fatal shooting on Nov. 13. According to a release, the Frisco Police Department responded to reports of gunshots around 8:23 p.m. on Nov. 13, near the Walmart on the northeast corner of Eldorado Parkway and FM 423.
