DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — Newly released bodycam footage shows the moment police made several arrests after an attempted home invasion on Sunday .
Police were called to respond at 11:30 a.m. on West Second Street near Delphos Avenue in Dayton when five suspects attempted to break into a home .

The suspects reportedly fired shots into the home as they entered. The homeowner had a weapon of his own, shooting one of the intruders.
In the newly released video showing police arriving on scene, you can hear officers and the other suspects trying to to talk to the man who was shot. That suspect — a 23-year-old man — was taken to the hospital for his injuries soon after.
All five suspects were arrested, with police reporting that the four other individuals are minors.
Police believe this same group is responsible for at least one other break-in that occurred on Kammer Avenue earlier this year.
