The two candidates in the Dec. 14 El Paso mayoral runoff election have agreed to participate in a forum produced by El Paso Matters and FitFam El Paso. The forum will be at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, at the El Paso Community College Administrative Services Center, 9050 Viscount Blvd. It will be livestreamed on FitFam’s Instragram account and on elpasomatters.org.
