BRISTOL, Va. — Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol, Virginia’s first Hard Rock property, officially opened Thursday with a traditional guitar smash ceremony, marking a new chapter for entertainment and tourism in Southwest Virginia. The grand opening of the 620,000-square-foot resort drew Hard Rock executives, local and state officials, and community leaders, followed by a public opening at noon.
The expansive property at 500 Gate City Highway boasts a full-service hotel with over 300 guest rooms, a 7-treatment-room spa, and an array of dining options to cater to various tastes. The dining selection includes a Hard Rock Cafe, Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, YOUYU Noodle Bar, and Constant Grind, with each venue designed to offer guests a distinctive dining experience reflective of Hard Rock’s global reputation. Additional features include a classic Rock Shop and the state-of-the-art Hard Rock Live, a 2,000-seat venue that hosts top artists and performances for guests and locals alike.
