OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEHT) — Owensboro’s Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame and Museum shared exciting news for music lovers. The 2025 lineup for their ROMP festival announced Wynonna Judd is the headliner.
Officials say Judd’s Kentucky roots made her a perfect fit, and it will be her first year at the festival. Judd is a country music hall of famer and has 19 number one singles. She’s famously known for performing with her late mother, Naomi Judd, in a duo.
