HONOLULU (Island News) — The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a Red Flag Warning for the leeward areas across the state on Friday. The weather alert comes as a warning from wind and low humidity to advise residents about fire conditions. The warning will be in effect from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 15.
