Portage County Commissioners on Nov. 13 approved a tax abatement agreement between Brimfield Township trustees and Wohlwend Properties, LLC. The engineering firm plans to invest up to $1.1 million to build a 5,400-square-foot office/warehouse facility it is already building at 4547 Mogadore Rd. in Brimfield, expanding and relocating from its current location on Karg Industrial Parkway.
