A Bronx-based funeral home chain could have it’s operating license pulled after numerous complaints. A spokesperson for the state’s Department of Health tells News 12 it has completed an investigation of the Ortiz Funeral Home and as a result, the department will seek fines and a potential license revocation. The department declined to comment on the investigation itself.
