A notice posted in the building’s lobby cites an emergency water shut-off due to a water line leak that wasn’t repaired. According to city records, at least five complaints about the lack of water have been filed through 311. “This feels degrading,” one tenant said. Next door, workers at The Meat Place say they’ve been dealing with the same issue for weeks. They’ve also filed complaints with 311 but have not seen any resolution.
