GILBERT, Ariz. – A Gilbert family is recovering after their home was flooded with sewage. It happened on Oct. 29 and the family is still displaced. Nicole Flood, who recognized the irony of her last name, said it happened when crews were installing fiber in her neighborhood and punctured their pipe.
