Nebraska small businesses asking questions on how to implement paid sick leave; organization plans to work with state senators on tweaks

OMAHA, Neb. – Some small business owners first learned of Nebraska’s paid sick leave initiative when they saw it on their ballots, the state director of the Nebraska Federation of Independent Business says. Some of them have reached out to the nonprofit with questions, said Ryan McIntosh, NFIB’s director.
