LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A Louisville disc jockey is suing the Metro Alcoholic Beverage Control (Metro ABC) for defamation. Jerry Mangrum Jr. filed the lawsuit on Thursday, Nov. 14. Mangrum is professionally known as DJ Lil Jerry on Louisville hip-hop radio station B 96.5 FM and he performs for-hire at private events and independently owned and operated businesses.
