EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) – A man wanted on a warrant for felony charges is now being charged with drug crimes after police went to pick him up, according to EPD. Back in August, police say they began investigating a report about Ryan Belwood texting a young teen. Officers say they saw the messages, which discussed things like vapes, alcohol, and marijuana.
