EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) – Authorities say they’re charging a convicted felon with drug and gun possession after arresting him near a local school. EPD officers were called to an area of East Iowa Street around 11 a.m. on Thursday to investigate a report of people doing drugs in a vehicle.
