CLEVELAND, Ohio (WJW) – New surveillance video obtained by Fox 8 News shows an October 31 crash where the driver slammed into an Ohio City building.

I-Team: Charges dropped against Lorain County prosecutor
According to the crash report, Devon Terrell, a resident of Georgia, was speeding and lost control shortly after 3:00 a.m.
He was on Abbey Ave in Ohio City when he hit a curb, took out a fire hydrant, hit another curb,and then smashed into the building. He hit the back end of Jaja, a steakhouse that is housed inside the Intro Cleveland Apartments.
Jaja and a sports bar right next to it called Pioneer both have signs posted that they are temporarily closed due to the crash.
Fox 8 News reached out to Jaja about when they might possibly reopen but did not hear back.

While Terrell was hospitalized due to the crash, police said he did not suffer life-threatening injuries.
He was charged with reckless operation and was due in court by Thursday, Nov. 14.
