TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Thousands of votes are still to be tallied in the razor thin 9th congressional district race in northwest Ohio between Marcy Kaptur and Derek Merrin. The provisional number that was decided is 3255 votes. Those are what still have to be tallied in Lucas County. That figure does not include the absentees still out there.
