GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (WCSC) – The city of Goose Creek’s Board of Zoning Appeals will hear a request on Tuesday to build housing at one corner of Old Moncks Corner Road. The property in question is roughly 56 acres of a wooded area and greenspace located near Saint James Avenue, the Foxborough neighborhood and Central Creek Park. Project planners with KHovanian Homes are asking the board for a Special Exception to build homes on the property.
