Man Convicted of Vehicular Homicide in DUI Crash that Killed Commerce City Detective and Local Woman

A 49-year-old man, Fructuoso Rosales-Cano, was convicted Thursday of vehicular homicide following a 2020 incident where he was driving under the influence, resulting in the deaths of Commerce City police detective Curt Holland and a woman named Francesca Dominguez, as reported by The Denver Post. Rosales-Cano, who was found with a blood alcohol content of .294, more than three times the legal limit in Colorado, had two previous DUI convictions dating back to 1997 and 2006.
