(FOX40.COM) — A woman at a Sacramento jewelry store was shot and killed during an armed robbery, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.
Around 11:45 a.m. on Friday, SCSO responded to Kim Tin Jewelers after a group of five to six people stormed into the store with crowbars and other items. Deputies said they grabbed jewelry and fled the scene.

During the robbery, someone reportedly fired gunshots and struck a woman inside the store. She was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
After reviewing video surveillance footage, SCSO described the suspects as young white or Hispanic men who arrived at the store in two separate vehicles.
No arrests have been made and law enforcement said anyone with information or footage of the incident can call the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.
