WELLINGTON, Fla. (CBS12) – A 55-year-old man is dead after his Tesla veered off the road and struck a tree on Friday. According to a crash report from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), at around 11:15 a.m. Jose Garica was driving a 2022 Tesla northbound on Seminole Pratt Witney Road. PBSO says he was traveling within the inside lane.
