JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A body discovered in Jackson has been identified as a man who went missing in September. Detective Tommie Brown with the Jackson Police Department says the body of Arthur Ray Mikell,76, was found in a wooded area right off of South Gallatin Street and East McDowell Road.
