Rudy Giuliani Ordered to Comply with Defamation Case

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani faces a judge’s order to hand over his belongings in a defamation case. Giuliani owes $148 million to election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss.

Maria Ryan, Giuliani’s business partner, and Ted Goodman, his spokesperson, have been ordered to respond to subpoenas regarding their financial ties to Giuliani.

Giuliani revealed that he formed a new business with Ryan and Goodman and stored some belongings in a Long Island storage facility.

Invoices show that Giuliani moved a substantial amount of property to the condo before being ordered to turn over his belongings.

Giuliani has established new bank accounts with $40,000 but has not disclosed the source of the funds.

The judge questioned Giuliani’s attorney about who knew where his belongings were stored, but the attorney said he would investigate.

Ryan Medrano, Giuliani’s bookkeeper, has also been ordered to comply with a subpoena.

Giuliani’s attorneys abruptly quit representing him in the case.

Goodman shared a video of Giuliani’s watches being turned over in Florida, criticizing the justice system.
