Red Lobster In Florida: Many Floridians know that Red Lobster opened its first store in Lakeland, Florida and that one store would be the catalyst for the more than 700 stores that the chain would eventually open worldwide.

Some Floridians still enjoy the chain. For example, a reviewer named Melissa had this to say about a Clearwater location:

“Food was delicious, fresh, and fast, and our server Tomara was so friendly and attentive!… We got the endless shrimp and every serving was cooked perfectly. The coconut shrimp with the pineapple coconut sauce was amazing and the sauce in the shrimp linguini alfredo was so flavorful. All of the drinks were tasty and strong, too… We will definitely be back!”
