MOUNTAIN BROOK, Ala. – A woman has been arrested and charged in an Oct. 12 Mountain Brook car crash that killed one man. Authorities originally responded to the single-car crash in the 3900 block of Montclair Road at 1:30 p.m., where they found the victim, 33-year-old Robert Ashley May Jr., ejected.
