Founded in 2013, the company is under the ownership of FPOT LLC, which reports assets between $500,000 and $1 million and liabilities ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
Fired Pie currently operates 15 company-owned locations across Arizona, including in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Glendale, according to the company’s website.
While the company has not provided specific reasons for its bankruptcy filing, it is now focusing on restructuring efforts to address its financial challenges and secure a stable future.
