Unsettled weather persists in the Las Vegas region as a low-pressure system brings cool conditions and isolated showers primarily to Mohave County. Today, most areas will see sunny skies with north breezes of 10–20 mph. Scattered showers will linger over Mohave County under the trough’s influence, which stretches across the Mojave Desert toward northern Baja.
Temperatures remain 10–15 degrees below normal this afternoon, with slight warming expected Sunday as the system moves away. Gusty north winds are anticipated along the lower Colorado River Valley early next week. By midweek, high pressure will bring dry weather and a warming trend to the area.
