Prison phone records reveal Diddy continues to manipulate
Virginians, the Sean Combs saga has taken a new twist. The music mogul’s trial is scheduled for May, and he is still attempting to be set free on 50 million dollar bail. A recent development might impact the judge’s decision, however.
The AP reports Diddy is attempting to tamper with witnesses from behind bars. Prosecutors reveal that a review of prison phone calls indicates Combs asked family members “to reach out to potential victims and witnesses and has urged them to create “narratives.”
Combs staged his children’s solidarity on his birthday
Phone recordings also suggest Combs’ desire to influence the jury pool and have encouraged marketing strategies to sway public opinion. The calls from jail reveal that Diddy suggested his children stand together and post a video near his birthday.
Jan A. from Southwest Virginia says this shows that he is used to getting his way. Mary J., also from SWVA, says the recordings suggest guilt and a cover-up.
