HONOLULU (Island News) — Cartier plans to open its second store in Hawaii along Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki, Island News has learned. The Paris-based jewelry giant already has a store at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, and Friday it filed a $12 million building permit with the City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Planning and Permitting.
