A new restaurant has opened in Columbus, Ohio

COLUMBUS, OH – A new restaurant has come to Bethel Center.

Are you craving Mexican food? If you answered yes to that question, you might want to check out Don Tequila, which recently opened a new restaurant in Columbus at 1540 Bethel Rd. According to the restaurant’s social media account, Don Tequila celebrated its grand opening on November 13 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Don Tequila’s menu includes appetizers such as quesadillas (check out the quesadilla appetizer, which comes with your choice of beef birria, chicken, ground beef, or mushrooms), street corn (which is topped with mayo, queso fresco, and Tajin), guacamole (which is made with avocado, onions, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapeno, and a dash of lime juice), and grilled shrimp, which consists of sauteed shrimp with onions, fresh garlic, and crushed red peppers.

Also on the menu are dishes like enchiladas (check out the enchiladas verdes, which consist of 3 chicken enchiladas that are topped with a mild green sauce and cheese, and served with rice, sour cream, tomatoes, and lettuce), burritos (check out the Big Burrito California, which is filled with steak, rice, cheese, and guacamole, and topped with the restaurant’s cheese sauce and more guacamole), chimichangas, fajitas, street tacos (which are filled with cilantro, onions, and your choice of meat; meat options include steak, carnitas, grilled chicken, chorizo, al pastor, and campechanos), a whole fried Cornish hen, carne asada, and more.
