The Gwinnett County Police Department will soon be adding an additional K9 to help protect and serve the community.
K9 Ravyn is completing the last days of her field training, but is set to partner with Ofc. Philipp Halladay soon, the GCPD says.

In her first deployment on Friday, she located her first suspect and is authorized to answer certain calls.
GCPD says in total, there are nine officers in the K9 Unit excluding those assigned to our SWAT Unit, HDU, and investigation sections.
