Southern California Edison (SoCal Edison) is considering a Public Safety Power Shutoff in parts of Santa Barbara County as soon as 12:00 pm on Monday, November 18. The areas include the coastline and foothills from Tajiguas to Naples, and the neighborhoods of N. San Marcos Road and N. Turnpike up Highway 154 and Painted Cave.
