Tennessee State Trooper dies months after colon cancer diagnosis

TENNESSEE, USA – Tennessee Highway Patrol Trooper Grant Gouldie has passed away months after being diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, THP announced on Saturday. Gouldie was diagnosed earlier this year and endured over two months of intense treatments leading up to his passing, according to the Clinton Police Department. He is a graduate of Anderson County High School and in addition to the Tennessee Highway Patrol has worked for the Oak Ridge Police Department and the Clinton Police Department.
