HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) – A months-long investigation resulted in a Chattanooga man being charged with several sex-related crimes. According to a criminal complaint, 42-year-old Patrick Hawley, of Lookout Mountain, was accused of telling an undercover agent on an application that he “desires to have sexual contact with children” back in April and explained how to “best groom” the agent’s daughter.
