BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – The Bakersfield Police Department is investigating a fatal crash involving a single off-road vehicle that flipped over on Sunday afternoon. On Nov. 17, 2024, at 2:11 p.m., Bakersfield Police responded to reports of an off-road vehicle collision in the 11000 block of Kern Canyon Road, just east of the roadway in the foothills.
