A popular Altar’d State shop has once again selected the News Sentinel Charities Empty Stocking Fund as its Christmastime Mission Mondays recipient.
Through Feb. 3, AS Revival will donate 10% of its Monday sales from the West Town Mall store to our 100% volunteer-run nonprofit that provides meals to families across East Tennessee during the holiday season.. AS Revival is a women’s activewear store that’s part of Knoxville-based Altar’d State.
Last year, the company dedicated its Mission Mondays sales from Tullabee . This year, it’s switching locations to help the Empty Stocking Fund reach new donors.
“Our store chose your organization because Tullabee had partnered with you last year and it was such a blessing. I know your organization truly impacts the families in East Tennessee during the holidays with all the baskets that are provided. These families do not have to worry about having just the basic necessities to feed their children,” said Kristine McAlvin, AS Revival store leader.
