LOUISVILLE, Ky. – A man is dead and another is in the hospital after a shooting at Russell neighborhood bar, according to Louisville Metro Police. Around 8:30 p.m., LMPD First Division officers responded to the report of a shooting at a parking lot in the 400 block of South 26th Street. That’s where a bar called Club Cedar is located.
