ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — This year’s All-State Festival & Winter Conference is returning to Rochester!
This is the 88th conference, according to the New York State School Music Association. The conference returns to the Rochester Riverside Convention Center and the Eastman Theater.
Three additional ensembles and an additional 250 students are returning to this year’s festival. This is the first time this has happened since the COVID-19 pandemic canceled the 2020 event.
In total, over 800 student musicians from around the state will be divided into eight ensembles for this conference.
