Brett Michaels, Larry the Cable Guy coming to Rockford

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Hard Rock Casino Rockford announced several new upcoming shows Monday, including performances by Poison frontman Brett Michaels and comedian Larry The Cable Guy.

Brett Michaels will take the Hard Rock Live stage on February 28th, 2025, at 7 p.m. with his “Fall Parti-Gras” show.

With Poison, Michaels charted 10 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 and a number one single, “Every Rose Has Its Thorn.” He has continued to appear in films and TV shows, starring in the VH1 reality show “Rock of Love with Brett Michaels,” and NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice.”

Michaels was named the 40th greatest heavy metal singers of all time.

Tickets go on sale November 22nd at 10 a.m.

Larry the Cable Guy will bring “Get R Done: An Evening with Larry the Cable Guy” to Hard Rock Live on Friday, April 4th, 2025 at 7 p.m.

Larry launched his career on the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, which also included comedians Jeff Foxworthy and Bill Engvall, and followed that with successful comedy albums and movie and TV appearances, including providing the voice of Mater in Cars (2006) and Cars 2 (2011). He has also starred in films such as Tooth Fairy 2 (2012), Witless Protection (2008), and Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector (2006).
