Suspect in Deadly Green Bay Stabbing Ordered to Stand Trial

GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – One of the suspects in the June 3 murder of Robert Marshall was ordered Monday to stand trial. Joseph Poore, 39, waived a preliminary hearing on counts of first-degree intentional homicide and armed robbery. He returns to court Dec. 27 for a preliminary hearing, court records show.
