COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (WOWT) – The Council Bluffs Police Department is asking the public for help in looking for a missing teen. In a Facebook post Monday, CBPD is asking the public for help in locating Alexis Hernandez. She is 16 years old, approximately 5′2″ and weighs about 130 pounds.
