WRIC 8 New reported that a new restaurant has opened in Glen Allen, Virginia, in Henrico County’s Short Pump area at 11275 West Broad Street.

The Ford’s Garage chain is named after the Ford Motor Company. The first Ford’s Garage opened in 2012 in Fort Myers, Florida, near Henry Ford’s winter home. The Dearborn, Michigan location is on the property of the Ford Motor Company, less than two miles from its international headquarters. Ford’s Garage has 25 locations in six states, and only one location in Virginia.
The chain has a licensing agreement with the Ford Motor Company that allows it to use the name and the carmaker’s logo.

The decor is designed to look like a classic 1920s service station, with vintage vehicles, fixtures, and gas pumps. Some staff members wear retro auto shop uniforms. Ford’s Garage has a hand-hammered copper bar top, classic Ford vehicles, and memorabilia.
